Reservations for Bowstring Shores Resort

Modern Accommodations: Our family operated resort offers 13 housekeeping cottages in a variety of sizes. Guaranteed clean, attractive and comfortable. You need only bring groceries, towels, and your "can't do withouts". Each cabin is furnished with bed linens, pots and pans, plenty of dishes and utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, charcoal grill and picnic table. All cabins have microwaves. Please bring your own kitchen and bath towels and soaps. We also suggest you bring lawn chairs and fans.

We are pleased that you have planned to be our guests this year. Since our availability information changes so rapidly, we do not provide that information on this site. Instead, please call our Toll Free Reservations Number: 1-888-832-3101 for availability and to reserve your cabin. Once we have discussed your reservation by phone, we ask that you send in our reservation form along with a deposit of one night's rental per cabin per week to confirm your reservation.

We will hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of our telephone conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach us. Your reservation is automatically cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Questions? Resort Policies

Check in time: 3:00 PM Check out time: 9:00 AM - Please observe these times so that we can fully prepare for you and our other guests.

Deposit Policy - Please fill out the reservation form and mail it with a deposit of one night's rental per cabin per week. Deposits can be made by personal check, money order, VISA or Mastercard and must be received within 10 days of making a phone reservation. Your reservation is automatically cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days.

Cancellation Policy- Reservations cancelled up to 90 days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If less than 90 days notice is given, no deposit will be refunded unless the cabin is re-rented for the same time period. Then a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee will be given.

Bowstring Shores Pet Policy- This policy is strictly enforced! Well behaved dogs are allowed if leashed and cleaned up after. No cats, please. There is a pet charge of $50 weekly or $10 daily.

Extra Persons: Add $150/wk or $30/day for each person over base number. Children under 24 months do not count in base number. A daily guest is $5.

All rental rates subject to 6.5% Minnesota sales tax and 3% Lodging Tax. Two day minimum stay required. Three day minimum stay required for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Each cabin rental includes 1 free boat (motor rental is extra) or 1 free mooring spot. Boat & motor availability is limited - please reserve your boat/motor rentals in advance of your stay.
